•Please fill out all forms and provide clear references/descriptions.

•I'm an artist with my own style, I won't make it 100% accurate. character markings or designs may be simplified

•Commission prices are non negotiable unless otherwise stated by me. Please be understanding, I try to make commissions affordable and at a reasonably fair price.

•Some art pieces may be watermarked depending on medium and other criteria. Please understand that I may not send you an unwatermarked file, I do not want my art to be claimed/traced/stolen. Watermark sizes will be of my own choice.

•Commissions must be paid asap after being accepted, and fully, unless otherwise stated.

Only paypal (USD) may be accepted as payment unless otherwise stated. Please follow specific payment instructions if given.

•Commissions may take from days to months. Please be aware that I'm still a student. Waiting on a commission from me might depend on motivation or irl matters

•WIP's only given by request

•I will re-do/make small edits if I have personally made a mistake. Big changes may or may not be accepted, depending.

•Refunds will not be given unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be given if I have not started yet and if it has been more than 3 weeks.

I do not support NFTs, i do not allow resale or minting of my art

General: You may edit the design as much as you'd like but you cannot take credit for the original design (taking credits for edits or redesigning is ok). You can retrade/resell/giveaway although do not sell for more than you originally purchased for, unless you commissioned extra art and such. Be respectful of the original sale/pricing of the design.

No false bidding or backing out of a bid.

When I confirm your purchase, please send the payment within in a reasonable amount of time (48 hours) or I will resell the adopt.

If paying with paypal, I'll be using paypal.me or invoices.

Once payment is officially sent in, the adopt is all yours. I will send you the character via toyhou.se or through file requests privately.

Auctions will work as stated in the description.

Credit me for the original design, do not claim it as your own

Breaking any of these rules will result in 2 warnings, and then a ban from purchasing any of my current/future adopts.
